I tried to look a series a hours came this rite on video permanently was it being error please whats going on with this page lookmovie now contact them waiting for a days no one responded me
video couldn't being loaded because of an adblocker or ISP Blocker problems
- Edited
You should include the name of the series that won't play so Morti can fix it when he's on here
it's all videos
You may be in an area where the site is blocked, in which case you would need a vpn.
Even with no ad-blocker, it's getting pretty much annoying. Constant pop-up while you cannot watch the video. Nice way to drop site viewers SMH
The only time I've had issues like the ones you describe above is when I'm not signed in. Once you're successfully created an account and signed in, all of the pop ups go away, at least in my experience. I hope you're able to get things worked through, because it really is a great site.

Hello
If all or most movies do not play on your site, there could be a few reasons. Though other users have already explained, let me provide you with some details:
- it could be restricted by your internet provider.
- free users have no option to select the server. So the system does it automatically. In this regard, the system might select a server far from your location. So this might cause various types of issues.
- You should uninstall add-blockers on your device.
- You can use VPN.
This happens to me from time to time, it's a static overlay and even though it has an X on it, you can't interact with the page and you can't close out of it. It suggests using internet explorer (now Edge). It's definitely something with the servers here, it's the only page I've ever seen this error on. It used to be quite frequent, but I don't see it often now.
I have been able to reload the page and continue on.
You can try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
joshuaraymond I’ve had this same problem and I noticed updating my iPhone has worked. I’m having it right now. I have a VPN on and no Adblock and I still can’t stream and it’s every single streaming site.
It is happening right now. I can log in and select a movie, but before it starts streaming I get the following message:
Video could not be loaded because an adblocker or ISP block.
Before contacting us:
- Try with Microsoft Edge Browser
- Try to use any free VPN, for example: ProtonVPN.
I am using a paid vpn and I am a logged in premium member.
fgo Did anyone get back to you? I had the same issue last night.
seems to be working fine now
The problem seems to have ironed itself out overnight, but I do think its something that should be addressed by the technical team so that the chances of it happening repeatedly aren't as great.
joshuaraymond UPDATE YOUR PHONE. I don’t know why but iPhone will not allow streaming from websites if you go long enough without updating your phone. I always get this error and as soon as I update it, I can stream from all sites from lookmovie to putlocker
I'm watching on PC with Chrome on newest version. This exact problem occured like 2 weeks ago and is not going away on its own. Some movies I can watch completely, some movies I can watch an hour until this message pops up, some movies I cant even start. For me it seems randomized. Can someone please address this?
For me, there seem to be three different things going on that cause this:
- I change the country of the server on my VPN to a different one and the problem goes away.
- A hiccup on the sites that host the movie causes this problem intermittently either a movie won't start or part way through gets the issue. In this case, if you just wait a while it goes away, or just trying again resolves it.
- A specific movie has this problem whatever I do. In these instances, I report it and Morti fixes it, he seems to know what causes this issue and can fix it.
I'm not sure, Morti never explained it in detail, but I don't think Lookmovie actually downloads the movies and stores them on their own server. I'm guessing that Lookmovie is just linking to someone else's site that is hosting the movie and if that site has a tech issue that it cascades down to the movies we try to watch from that server.
I can t login and select a movie, but before it starts streaming I get the following message:
Video could not be loaded because an adblocker or ISP block.
