There is a constant lag whenever the camera is movie slowly in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014). PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
EDIT: It happens at the beginning and throughout the movie. It's runtime is 2:15:54 minutes. Please do not change it's runtime or anything. Just the lags. Thanks!
