Movies freezing/stuttering

I watched few movies and all of them (except Glass Onion, maybe becuase it's new?) were stuttering every few seconds. These are like 1-2 seconds freeze with sound still playing. Movies I watched were: The Visit (2015), Bad Times at the El Royale (2018), The Brave One (2007), End Of Watch (2012) and more. I tried to play them on different browsers and it always freeze at the same moments. Anyone has the same problem?

It's definitely been an ongoing and relatively common issue, as I've seen it mentioned frequently, and it happens for me intermittently too. One of the theories held that it had to do with the data compression ratio, and that it mainly affected older films, but I've had it happen with a few newer titles as well. Sometimes switching server location helps for me.

I'm premium and getting stuttering way too often in movies. I'm on 200MB full fiber and don't get stutter on any other streaming providers. Using vpn but that shouldn't really affect streaming.

Do you select a server closer to your location?

I've encountered this a number of times, but not just with LookMovie. Changing the server on my VPN usually fixes it for me.
