FILTER, LATEST, CATEGORIES, GENRES, YEAR

Hi Admin,
Can you please provide a menu that offers content by "Year" as the "Latest" menu only provides what you (Admin/Uploaders) have recently added to the library and it is confusing as the viewers mistake it for been the most up-to-date content from 2024-2023-2022-2021-2022 etc etc but instead we are presented with content from say 1954 for example.

Even if it was "type in option" after clicking on the "Year" menu and you enter "2024" for example it would automatically display that content. Even if you had to click enter/return after typing it in to get the results would be sufficient until you figured out how to have it automatically display the desired "year" entered.

The above idea would also save you a lengthy list of individual years having to be added to the "Year" menu.

PS:
The "Search for a Movie or TV Show" option does not work for the above idea in case you suggest it. 😉

Awaiting your response to this idea and viewers please agree or disagree if you'd like to see this option added for simplicity of combing through the library by year.

lmforum Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but it seems like the "Filter" tab on the site pretty well takes care of what it seems like you're requesting. If you click on "Filter" on the main page, on the resulting page you can filter by Genre, Year, Rating, etc., or any combination thereof. Is that what you're referring to, or are you asking about something entirely different?

liakelly I totally missed that even after listing the menus above.🤦🏻‍♂️ Thanks for pointing it out. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so.

2024 will also need to be added to the selection soon as the collection starts building. The selection of years available from that list are currently from 1921 -> 2023.

liakelly Update with regards to the original question. The problem still stands on windows 11 Pro using latest version of the Brave browser.

The link under "Filter" from the home page is still the home page. You have to physically type the following for it to work on windows using brave.
lookmovie2.to/movies/filter
I haven't checked other browsers yet as I have them all removed from my setup.

The TV Shows Filter link works perfectly on the above Windows setup using Brave and this is possibly where my confusion came to be that selection by year for movies was not possible as I rechecked it to be working after your previous reply using an Android device.

On Android mobile browsers the link under "Filter" whilst on the "lookmovie2.to" home page brings me directly to the "Filter Page" after clicking on it.

and whilst on the "TV Shows" landing page is...
lookmovie2.to/shows/filter

Both menus also have slight differences with "Filter" been on opposite ends and "Trending" missing completely from the Window browser setup.

Thanks for your time on this matter but I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it was an oversight as there is no possible way to filter "Movies" by "Year" etc unless you physically type in "lookmovie2.to/movies/filter" in Windows browsers.
