morti I literally just meant that the people who do pay, deserve frequent assistance. Usually, when I ask you guys to fix an issue in a movie, you say you will "add" another version. Which is why most of my posts require "newer" versions. Which seems Lookmovie cannot even do.

You have allowed a troll to constantly harass other users on this forum, and you have not done anything about this. And you refuse to reply on time. I am not "dissatisfied" with your effort. You guys have fixed most of the movies I've requested, and I appreciate that.
I also don't think I am the "only paid user". What a dumb statement. Most of your "Full HD" options here aren't even good quality. There are tiny 8-bit pixels that are ruining the Full HD movie. I might as well get the Disney bundle, rather than paying for website that doesn't even offer good quality films and shows for paid users. You should really think about this, instead of banning my account.
I sent an email yesterday concerning a movie issue, but I have not received an updated version of the film yet. No problem, though. I hope that Virus troll continues to post rumors about your website, and harass your other users. Won't be paying again.
